By using WA Reminder, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

User Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old
• You must have a valid active WhatsApp number
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account & Payment

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable
• Free trial is valid for 7 days from registration
• Subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days prior notice

Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using WA Reminder to:

• Send spam or bulk messages without recipient consent (WhatsApp Bulk/SPAM)
• Fraud, phishing, or hate speech
• Violate official WhatsApp/Meta usage policies
• Distribute illegal, pornographic, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt system security
• Resell access to the service without written permission

⚠️ Violations may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

Limitation of Liability

WA Reminder is not responsible for WhatsApp number blocking caused by usage that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies. Users are fully responsible for the content of messages sent.

The service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service, although we strive to maintain the highest possible uptime.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Users will be notified via dashboard notifications or WhatsApp messages if there are significant changes. Use of the service after changes are published is considered consent.
