We are committed to providing excellent service. However, due to the digital nature of our platform, all purchases are final except under the conditions listed below.
✓Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted only in the following circumstances:
- Critical platform-side technical failure causing the service to be unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Confirmed duplicate/double charge evidenced by transaction records
- Payment was successful but the account was not activated after 24 hours
✗Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Personal dissatisfaction with features that match the described service
- Policy violations that result in account suspension
- Trial periods that have already been used
- Change in business requirements after a purchase has been made
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us and provide:
- Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Date and time of the transaction

Processing Time
Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–14 business days after document verification.
